By logging in and using this website (cmrsystem.com), the USER hereby acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions regarding Cost Mitigation & Recovery System and its website, cmrsystem.com (collectively hereafter referred to as 'CMR System'):

CMR System and its agents, affiliates, assigns, and/or transferees hereby disclaim any liability or responsibility whatsoever for any claim for injury or damage resulting from USER'S access, use, interaction with any third party, and/or any other activity whatsoever in connection with CMR System.

CMR System further disclaims any liability or responsibility whatsoever for any claim for injury or damage resulting from any acts of God and/or any periodic interruptions that may occur in the use of CMR System (i.e. a server failure).

USER agrees that all USER contact information provided to CMR System is accurate and current. USER explicitly represents that USER'S email address is owned by USER and will not be used by any other party as a means of accessing CMR System with the single exception of a spouse of USER if/as authorized by USER and applicable.

USER hereby agrees to abide by all applicable local, state, and/or federal laws regarding USER'S use of CMR System for any purpose whatsoever.

USER agrees and understands that CMR System, at its sole discretion, may suspend, terminate or cancel USER'S access to CMR System at any time in the event that USER fails to abide by the terms and conditions of this agreement with reasonable notice and opportunity to cure.

USER specifically understands that USER'S access and use of CMR System is for USER'S personal use only in connection with the resolution of USER'S own personal or business matters and that USER'S one-time fee for access to CMR System is non-refundable. Furthermore, USER agrees to reimburse CMR System any costs for the collection thereof in the event that USER'S fee is dishonored for any reason.

USER understands and agrees that USER may receive periodic emails containing offers,announcements, and/or advertisements regarding matters and services which relate to the mission and services of CMR System. Additionally, USER is automatically subscribed to receive the daily CMR System Money Facts at USER's email address of record.

USER agrees and understands that, in the event USER refers and sells the CMR System to new users, the status of USER with respect to CMR System in making such sales is strictly that of an independent contractor (referred to as a having the USER-designation of "Sponsor") of CMS SYSTEM and, furthermore, that any commissions, over-rides, and/or bonuses paid to USER for such sales shall be made in accordance with current policies and procedures which are available to USERs who are designated as Sponsors. USER agrees to provide a current Tax Identification Number and current address for tax reporting purposes in the event that USER desires to function as a Sponsor and any amounts paid to USER for such making sales as a Sponsor shall be reported for income tax purposes on IRS Form 1099 as miscellaneous income.

Finally, USER understands, acknowledges, and agrees that nothing contained at CMR System is intended to be, or may be construed by USER, as legal advice, or any other professional advice, for which specific licensing is required in any jurisdiction whatsoever under any circumstances whatsoever.
