About The CMR System

The delivery of the Cost Mitigation & Recovery System (CMR System) is made possible through the high level of information management, electronic communications, and web design capabilities provided by Gregory E. Smith, Webmaster and Principal of the CMR System. Greg graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 1996 with a degree in Electrical Engineering, with an emphasis on digital systems. In addition to handling CMR System's web presence, Greg has designed and authored the proprietary software used in its internal operations and management. Equally important is the fact that Greg brings an in depth understanding of the Internet related issues and communications technology which are crucial to the sustained growth of a successful Internet based business.

Content-wise, the CMR System evolved from, literally, decades of experience and dealings with a host of financial matters which are now threatening millions of Americans in the wake of the current recession and failing U.S. economy. Much of the thought process and rationale for the development of the system was the specific feedback and experience gained through the operation of www.ehsportal.com over the past several years. Please take a moment to visit ehsportal.com to learn more about the facts and circumstances which are the foundation for the development of CMR System.

Currently, (in 2009) there are over 5,000 new bankruptcy filings being made every business day - and foreclosures are expected to take place at roughly twice that rate. Realistically, unemployment is somewhere between 10% and 20% of the workforce - depending on whose numbers you believe. At the same time, we have an unmercifully complex and costly healthcare dilemma, sky-rocketing prices, an energy crisis, military conflicts, and a huge budget deficit that makes everything even worse.

The result is that many folks, simply, have no other alternative than to seek low-cost, pro-active, alternative solutions to the many and potentially devastating financial matters that they are faced with. Classic examples are a homeowner not being able to afford a $2500 retainer to pay for legal representation to enjoin a foreclosure sale, a credit card debtor not being able to pay the same $2500 front-fee to participate in a "debt-settlement" program, or a debtor not having the $2500 to file bankruptcy (especially given depleted savings, investment, and retirement accounts in the midst of a national financial crisis characterized by depreciating real estate values and dramatically reduced availability of credit).

CMR System provides its users with pro-active approaches to resolving urgent financial matters which, to the extent the user is successful using them can also form the basis of extra income through introducing and referring others to CMR System. In fact, over half of the revenues generated though the one-time fee paid to access and use CMR System are re-distributed as referral fees to the users who introduce the system to others. In this manner, CMR System users have the added, optional opportunity to generate some additional income (or, at the very least, recover the total cost to use the CMR System).

The bottom line is that the CMR System provides a realistic chance for people to save or protect their money and property in circumstances where they simply can't afford to pay thousands of dollars they don't have or can't get.
